The running man

Case 1: If we are all born to run, why should’nt  we all not enjoy it? Dr. Bramble from University of Utah, started tracking finishing times for the 2004 New York City Marathon and compared finishing times by ages.

What we found is that starting at age nineteen, runners get faster every year until they hit their peak at 27 year.  After 27, they start to decline and you’ll get slower and slower, until you’re back to running the same speed you were at age 19

The question he asked was: how old are you when you’re back to running the same speed you did at nineteen?” Surprisingly 64. So it takes you 8 years to reach your peak, 37 years to loose it. So if starts running later in life you would properly have many years in front of you to improve your running skills before you reach your peak, but you will first lose the benefits many years later.

You dont stop running because you get old, you get old because you stop running. So simple, Just move your legs.
